- The City of Gold Coast Council is inviting submissions from qualified banner companies to manage and operate our successful banner program. This program currently serves over 50 clients with guaranteed return bookings and involves the use of Council-owned banner poles at no cost.Separable Portion 1 of this contracts scope focuses on supply, print, install, dismantle, storage, and maintenance of Banners and banner arms throughout the Gold Coast on Council-owned Poles as seen in the Street Pole Banner Guide as well as on Energex poles as directed by the Principal. Separable Portion 2 asks for the additional scope to take on the role of booking management, with the contractor handing the client-facing aspects of the Banner program, as well as taking ownership and control of the clientele list that the Council has cultivated, and of the income generated by the management of the bookings, for the duration of the contract term. Subcontracting this section is also welcome,
