Description:
The City requires a suitably experienced, qualified, and equipped Contractor/s that has demonstrated capacity and capability to undertake the Design and Construction of the Regional and Satellite Operational Depots across the Gold Coast. **IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE**There will be a mandatory virtual briefing held on Tuesday 25th March from 1:30 - 2:30pm via Microsoft Teams. Tenderers must register their attendance by completing EOI Document 3.3 Virtual Project Briefing - Registration Form. Registration Forms must be submitted to the Contact Officer listed in Section 1.7 of the ITO by 5pm on Friday 21st March 2025 Queensland time. An agenda will be sent to registered tenderers in the lead up to the briefing.Due to the confidential nature of the current concept designs (3.2 EOI - Attachments), these will only be made available to Tenderers who register for the Virtual Briefing.**Request for Information (RFI) Process** Please use the RFI table provided to submit ALL RFIs. It is preferred that Tenderers group multiple RFIs together for submission as much as possible.
