Description:
• The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for submissions from Principal Contractors for the design and external remediation of the Queensland Parliamentary Annexe lower level façade levels 1 to 8. • Tender submissions will be accepted from Principal Contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3, Quality Assurance, Insurances and an open QBCC Builders Licence. The project will be procured under a design & construct AS4300-1995 contract. • Tender documentation is available by contacting the Project Manager, Rob Empson at Ridgemill Project Management by email tenders@ridgemill.com.au• A tenderer site inspection is scheduled for 10:00 am, Thursday 28th November 2024 at the Queensland Parliamentary Annexe Precinct. • Tender submissions close 4:00 PM, Friday 13th December 2024. Tenders must be lodged via Vendor Panel.
