Through This Request, The Department Of Training And Workforce Development (Dtwd) Is Seeking The Provision Of An Integrated And Flexible, Software-As-A-Service (Saas) Learning Management System (Lms) For The Delivery, Administration And Development Of Competency-Based Training And Assessments For The Wa Tafe Sector. This Will Allow It To Meet The Wa Tafe Sector&Rsquo;S Needs For Blended Learning Approaches, Competency-Based Training And Assessment Requirements, Mobility, And Accessibility.There Are Five (5) Tafes Spread Across The Breadth Of Western Australia With Each Tafe Having Multiple Campuses. The Tafes Are:Central Regional Tafe North Metropolitan Tafe North Regional Tafesouth Metropolitan Tafe South Regional Tafedtwd Requires The Option Of Providing The Lms Via:A Sector-Wide Model For The Wa Tafe Sector. Dtwd And Each Of The Tafe Colleges Will Constitute As &Ldquo;Tenants&Rdquo; Of The Lms Solution; Or An Individual Instance Of The Solution Per Dtwd And Each Of The Tafe Colleges.
