Description:
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to create a shortlist of suitably qualified and experienced design consultants to design the upgrade of WaterMarc and 1 Flintoff as a combined electrified precinct. The successful consultant will be appropriately experienced and resourced to undertake the design for the electrification of WaterMarc & 1 Flintoff Offices located at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough.The project will establish WaterMarc and 1 Flintoff as a combined and electrified thermal precinct. This will transition pool heating, internal space heating and hot water services to electric, with no gas provision required at this site following implementation of this project.Consultants must be able to demonstrate experience in similar types and size projects and demonstrate successful completion of these types of projects.This document should be read in conjunction with the Banyule Procurement Policy and Conflict of Interest Policy.
