Description:
The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for: General landscape maintenance services to residential properties inclusive of multi-unit complex sites at the addresses in the Zones listed below: Zones A1 - Cairns - North Zone A2 - Cairns - Central Zone B - Innisfail Zone C - Tully The Contract shall include the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services to satisfactorily complete specific items of gardening, lawn maintenance and cleaning of common area. As part of this tender process, Zone A3 - Cairns - South has been set aside to be priced by Social Enterprise Groups and/or Indigenous Businesses only, in accordance with Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) Principle 2, ‘delivering improved social outcomes-.
