- Landfill monitoring and reporting is a mandatory requirement as determined by EPA Victoria. The licence for the Castlemaine landfill and the Risk Management and Monitoring Program (RRMP) defines the frequency and how environmental monitoring and reporting is to be conducted. Mount Alexander Shire Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier/consultant to undertake the specified monitoring and reporting program as detailed within the Project Brief that forms part of this Request for Tender.
