Description:
The Department Of Education (The Department) Owns And Manages Approximately 900 Sites Located Throughout Western Australia. The Area Of Land Held May Vary At Any Time In Accordance With The Department&Rsquo;S Acquisition And Disposal Programs And Land Management Arrangements. Most Properties Are Held For A Lifetime While Some May Be Retained For Less, Depending On The Purpose For Which They Were Acquired.The Department Requires The Provision Of Valuation Services From Licensed, Qualified, Independent, And Experienced Land And Property Valuers Specifically For The Perth Metropolitan Region.The Department Intends To Establish A Panel Of Qualified, Skilled And Experienced Land And Property Valuers To Support Its Land Management Activities.The Valuation Services Required Under The Proposed Panel Contract Arrangement Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:Standard And Complex Valuation Reporting;Preparation And Attendance At Commercial Arbitrations, The State Administrative Tribunal (Sat) And The Supreme Court;Market Valuation For Land Acquisitions And/Or Disposals; Andother Valuation Work.
