- Snowy Monaro Regional Council (SMRC) is seeking tender proposals from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the construction of upgrades of the Jindabyne Foreshore at the Claypits and surrounding area. A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Part C - Schedule of Specification. This request for quotation will be conducted in accordance with the requirement of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) regulations 2005 and the Office of Local Government NSW Tendering Guidelines.
