- Sunshine Coast Council invites tenders for the Eastern Kerb and Channel Construction at Sundew Street Mudjimba.Council is constructing kerb and channel and upgrading pavement and drainage at the Eastern section of Sundew Street Mudjimba, between Coolibah Street and Cottonwood Street. The project will provide improved drainage for road users and residents. The works include but are not limited to:• Preliminaries including management plans and dilapidation reports• Site preparation, demolitions, and stripping• Removal of culverts• General earthworks• Installation of drainage culverts• Installation of pavements• Installation Kerb and Channel• Driveway reconstruction• Vegetation rehabilitation• Site demobilisation and project completion documentation.Works are to be carried out in a manner that will minimise impact to local traffic movements.All works will be awarded to one Principal Contractor. The successful Respondent will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour necessary to complete all required works in accordance with the issued design and associated documents.This is a lump sum contract with an anticipated Practical Completion date of 30 June 2025.A Site Information Session will be held as per the details provided below is Schedule 2.
