Description:
Tenders are invited for various landscape maintenance and associated services across a number of zones in the Sunshine Coast Council region. The services include but are not limited to:(a) Defect and Hazard Inspections;(b) Open Space Landscape Maintenance;(c) Road Network Landscape Maintenance;(d) Environmental Operations Landscape Maintenance;(e) Corporate Facility Landscape Maintenance;(f) Bioretention System Maintenance;(g) Herbicide and Pesticide Application;(h) Chemical Free Maintenance;(i) Garden Bed Planting;(j) Mulching Garden beds and Trees;(k) Fertilising and Amelioration;(l) Contract Reporting; and(m) Supplementary Works (various).This is a Separable Portions contract, consisting of the following:• Separable Portions A-M, for Open Space Landscape Maintenance, • Separable Portions N and O, for Road Network Landscape Maintenance, • Separable Portions P-R, for Environmental Operations Landscape Maintenance.
