Description:
Sunshine Coast Council invites Tenders for the Maleny Skatepark Upgrade Phase 2 Project located at the Maleny Showgrounds, Maleny. The project will provide a new skate park for the Maleny and hinterland residents located at the Maleny Showgrounds, 13 Maleny Stanley River Rd, Maleny. The scope will include demolition of the existing skatepark, relocation of existing sewer rising main and construction of a new skate park and ancillary items in accordance with Schedule 5 Attachment 2 Maleny Skate Park Upgrade Phase 2 Plans.This is a lump sum contract with the scope of works including but not limited to:• Site establishment, service locations & workplace health and safety.• Environmental management & erosion control, including tree protection.• Pedestrian & traffic control.• Removal of existing skatepark and all associated infrastructure. • Installation of sewer line from underneath the skatepark to adjacent to the site as shown in the attached plans. Note, this aspect needs to be completed prior to works commencing on the skatepark. Refer to Schedule 5 - Attachment 2 - Maleny Skate Park Upgrade Phase 2 Plans• Skatepark construction including all rails and furniture. • Site repair, site establishment & maintenance.
