Description:
Isaac Regional Council (Council) invite qualified and licensed builders/contractors to submit tenders for the restumping of four (4) residential properties located at the below locations:Saint Lawrence - 19 Standish Street, 35 Macartney Street, and 3 Macartney Street, Clermont - 4 Kitchener Street This project is essential to ensure the long-term structural integrity and safety of these properties. Re-stumping involves the removal and disposal of the existing spalling stumps and replacing them with new stumps to rectify issues such as subsidence, misalignment and uneven flooring that has developed over time. The primary purpose of this work is to restore stability to the buildings, ensuring they meet safety and building standards whilst preventing further structural damage.Contractors are expected to provide all necessary materials, equipment and expertise to carry out these works efficiently and in accordance with local/national building codes and regulations and complete the works within the stipulated timeline.
