- The Customer (being the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety,) is seeking quotes for the services of a Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Specialist Support Provider to coordinate and lead the local Integrated Service Responses (ISR) to DFV in the Capricornia District.ISRs provide consistent, holistic, quality responses from across agencies and service providers to meet the needs of victim-survivors, their children, and persons using violence.Leading the local ISR also includes leading and coordinating the Capricornia District High Risk Team (HRT). HRTs comprise government and non-government agency representatives responsible for information sharing and a joint response to individuals at high, or imminent risk, of harm from DFV. The objectives sought under this Contract include but are not limited to:• Enhanced ISRs across the region through increased collaboration to provide wraparound supports for victims and their families at high or imminent risk of harm through DFV, underpinned by better information sharing and referral pathways.• Effective operation and coordination of High Risk Team including coordination of HRT operational processes and systems to ensure integrated service response across all involved, with accurate and timely recording of information, timely information sharing and oversight of ISR activities. • Decreased escalation of high risk domestic, family and sexual violence incidents as more victim-survivors and their families...
