Description:
• Visual/physical inspection of listed assets to assess their condition using the condition rating system from Council-s Road Asset Management Plan. • Report the condition for each Road Segment.• Review past inspection reports and identify any significant changes in condition.• Sealed Pavements should be rated in accordance with Table 23 Sealed Pavement Condition Rating Criteria in Council-s Road Asset Management Plan.• Sealed Surface Condition should be rated in accordance with Table 24 Sealed Surface Condition Rating Criteria in Council-s Road Asset Management Plan.• Gravel Pavement condition should be rated in accordance with Table 25 Gravel Pavement Rating Criteria in Council-s Road Asset Management Plan.• Provide an Excel spreadsheet that has each Segment listed along with its condition rating.
