- The current Travel Management Services arrangement for parliamentary travellers is currently due to expire on 31 December 2026. The Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (IPEA) has commenced consultation activities to inform the proposed retender of this arrangement. IPEA has developed the attached Industry Consultation Paper (the paper) and is seeking input from industry and other stakeholders regarding the proposed approach to market. Feedback received through this consultation will be reviewed and considered by IPEA to inform the development of the final approach. The paper includes 8 topics for interested parties to consider. A separate attachment to the paper provides additional information about the historical service requirements. Interested parties are invited to provide feedback on any or all of the other topics presented in the paper and any other relevant information.
