Description:
The Services include the following bundles of Services (Service Categories). The Services are more fully described in this Statement of Requirements and must be provided by the Service Provider. The Services include the following Service Categories : End User Support; End User Computing; Midrange Services; Network Services; Cloud Services; ICT Security Services; Service Management; Project and Design Services; and Transition Management. Other Instructions : Conditions for Participation : a. the Tenderer exists as a single legal entity at the Closing Time; b. the Tenderer must hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record for its entity type; and c. the Tenderer must hold all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for the entity type of any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services as part of a contract resulting from a procurement with an estimated value of $4 million or more (GST inclusive).
