Description:
The City of Vincent requires an experienced HVAC company for HVAC Chiller replacement works on Level 3 of the DLGSC Building at 246 Vincent Street, Leederville.The contractor must install the equipment with the skill, diligence care expected of a professional experienced in installing equipment of the type required under this agreement. The Contractor warrants and represents that it is expert in the installation of the equipment and is able to maintain the equipment throughout the defect liability period. A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for Thursday 6 March 2025. Further details on time and location will be provided at a later date.Any Tenderer submitting a response to the Request for Tender must attend the Site inspection and sign the attendance sheet. Further details on the site visit will be distributed through VendorPanel.The closing time and date for all submissions is 2:00pm (WST) Wednesday 26 March 2025.Please refer to the attached Request for Tender document and all attachments for all information.
