Description:
Council is seeking a Tender for on demand pick-up collection service of clothes, soft plastics, household batteries, light globes, blister packs and vapes as approved by Council for Sutherland Shire Council residents for the Contract period. Sutherland Shire Council has over 220 000 residents and is looking at innovative ways to educate and encourage the community to recycle difficult items that don-t belong in the recycling bin. Council is looking for an experienced company capable of working with Sutherland Shire Council to pick up bagged soft plastics and clothes and other tricky items to recycle from residential addresses and take items to the recycling drop off collection points in the Local Government Area (LGA). As part of the scope, Sutherland Shire Council also request to receive a detail report each month of the pick-up service provided. Please note the Tender and conditions for the pick-up service need to be the same throughout the Contract period.
