There Is Also The Potential, But No Guarantee, For Additional Support Services To Be Purchased During The Contract Term. The Contractor Must Be A Valid Hpe Partner And Have The Capability To Provide A Purchasing Method For Hpe Complete Care Service. The Contractor Should Be Able To Act As An Escalation Point, If Necessary, For Support In Relation To Hpe Complete Care Service And Liaise With The Wa Police Force For Renewals.
