Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Refurbishment at Tinana SS, located at 239 Gympie Road, Tinana QLD 4650, as part of the School Direct program.The project scope entails the demolition of the internal area of the school tuckshop, and installation of new flooring, stainless steel benches, joinery, sinks and freezer. The position of the building is at the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity InsuranceIt is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders- licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
