Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block LL Infill at Palm Beach Currumbin State High School, located at Thrower Drive, Palm Beach QLD 4221, as part of the Rectification & Reinstatement (R&R) programme. The infill works will deliver 2 No. new General Learning Areas located on the ground floor level of Block LL. The works consist of but are not limited to the construction of all external walls including new windows and doors, 1No new operable wall and supporting steel structure; new floor, ceiling and wall finishes; new teaching wall joinery; new sinks and associated plumbing; new Air Conditioning; new electrical (lighting, fans, data, etc). All works are to be completed by September 2025. QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity InsuranceIt is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders- licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 23/04/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
