Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Prep OLA at Mango Hill SS, located at 28 Bonnet Parade, QLD 4509, as part of the Targeted program.The scope of works is across two areas. Area one consists of refurbishing the existing Prep OLA to improve stormwater run-off. Works to include new concrete, artificial turf and sandstone seating. Area two consists of refurbishing an existing turf swale drain to be a concrete swale drain with connection into existing stormwater pits. The position of the areas of works is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity InsuranceIt is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders- licence will be required for this project.
