Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Multipurpose Court Upgrades at Jinibara SS, located at 50 Cottontree Drive, Narangba QLD 4504, as part of the Go-for-Gold (GFG) program.The scope of works includes the extension of the existing roof structure over the existing courts including all associated services such as electrical and hydraulics, the resurfacing of the existing multi-purpose courts, as well as a new shade structure. The position of the multi-purpose courts is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by August 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders- licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
