Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Extension and Refurbishment at Crestmead State School, located at 27-61 Augusta Street, Crestmead QLD 4132, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.The scope comprises extending the footprint of the existing Tuckshop, repitch and replace roof, internal refurbishment, supply and install of kitchen equipment. All works are to be completed by September 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1MSubmissions close on 23/04/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
