AI204 APAF25003 State Library of Queensland - The Corner - Head ContractorThe State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers to undertake works for the construction of The Corner at the State Library of Queensland. Broadly, the scope of works for the project incorporates internal fitout works including the installation of new services, walls, flooring and joinery, and external works including the installation of a roof structure and landscaping. Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Head Contractor in the role of Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors to complete the works.
