The Work Includes But Is Not Limited To Re-Roofing Of The Gym, Removal Of Existing Evaporative System And Installation Of A Fan. Tenderers Shall Make Themselves Familiar With The Existing Site Conditions, The Specifications, Drawings And All Contract Documentation. All Measurements And Details Shown On Drawings Or Other Documents (If Any) Are To Be Confirmed By Tenderers Prior To Submission Of Their Tender. All Materials And Installation Shall Be Supplied And Be In Accordance With Australian Standards And All Codes And Regulations Relevant To The Scope Of Work Contained Herein.
