Description:
The Town of Gawler seeks an experienced operator to deliver café services that meet the needs of Civic Centre visitors and customers. Under the Agreement, external caterers, community groups, and businesses will also have access to the café kitchen for events and functions outside of the daily operations. This access may extend for various purposes including cooking demonstrations, food preparation, and hospitality training. This Expression of Interest (EOI) process offers interested parties an opportunity to present a sustainable business model for the management of the Café. Proposals should clearly outline a strategic approach that:• Meets the operational needs of the Civic Centre Café. • Ensures a clear understanding of usage parameters for all stakeholders. • Provides mutual value through well-defined terms and investment proposals.
