- The Wachs-Sw Requires The Provision Of Gardening Services For The Care And Maintenance Of Garden Beds, Lawns And Grounds For Busselton Health Campus, Including Routine Lawn And Garden Maintenance And Testing And Repair Of Reticulation. The Contractor Shall Be Required To Provide All Associated Equipment And Consumables To Provide The Services To Maintain The Grounds Of The Premises In A Clean, Healthy And Attractive Condition. The Gardening Services And Number Of Hours Work For The Site Shall Be Scheduled By The Contractor On An Annual Basis In Consultation With The Wachs-Sw Vendor Manager And/Or Contract Manager. The Gardening Services Required Will Fluctuate Based On The Schedule Of Work And Change Of Seasons.
