Description:
The National Mental Health Commission has established the National Workplace Initiative (NWI) under a 2019-20 Budget Measure intended to improve the mental health and wellbeing of working Australians. The NWI is a collection of products, resources and activities to facilitate systems-level change to create mentally healthy workplaces. The NWI Suite is comprised of the following four key elements : The Blueprint for Mentally Healthy Workplaces, an evidence-based framework for mentally healthy workplaces The Digital Platform that houses content and learning modules A series of in-depth, evidence-based, practical resources (including industry approaches) A National Monitoring Framework for Mentally Healthy Workplaces and a Baseline Report to support reporting on national progress and help guide future action The Department is seeking submissions for a suitable qualified and experienced organisation take on the long-term ownership of and operating responsibility for the NWI. This will include taking over responsibility for continuous development and ongoing implementation of all four key elements of the NWI.
