• FORWARD PROCUREMENT NOTICE - ADVICE ONLYThis Forward Procurement Notice is to advise Queensland Government Procurement, Department of Housing and Public Works (HPW) intends to approach the market via an Invitation to Apply (ITA) process for the provision of Creative Advertising Services for whole of Government use (Queensland Government departments, agencies, and other eligible entities).It is anticipated the ITA will be released in April 2025, via a separate notice on the Queensland Procurement Solution (powered by VendorPanel).The ITA will seek offers from Suppliers possessing the capabilities, capacity, and experience to provide Creative Advertising Services under a Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP). It is intended the PSP will provide full-service advertising for Behavioural Change and/or Information / Awareness campaigns.Services which are to be included within the campaign scopes, include:• Creative Strategy• Creative Direction• Account Management• Creative Development and Creative Production.In addition, Suppliers must also be able to offer all of the following: television, radio, cinema, press, out-of-home (including digital Out-of-home) and digital marketing (including social media).
