- Townsville City Council is seeking proposals for a provider of fitness recovery amenities adjacent to the Tobruk Memorial Baths on The Strand. This may include and is not limited to services that support recovery, health and well-being to promote physical and mental recovery and foster healing, relaxation and community connections in an inclusive environment.Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers. This RFP process is expected to identify a provider for Council to enter into a Commercial Lease Agreement for the provision of land to allow the provider to develop and operate from the designated location.
