Serco Australia Pty Ltd Is The Facilities Manager (Fm) Of Fsh Under The Facilities Management Services Contract (Fmsc) (Contract). Fsh Reached Practical Completion At The End Of 2013 And Has Been Managed And Maintained By The Facilities Manager Since This Time.
