- The Australian War Memorial is seeking the provision of scheduled maintenance from a facilities maintenance supplier on the facilities services including : Lump Sum tender for the provision of Scheduled and Reactive Maintenance of key facilities services within the permanent buildings in the Campbell and Mitchell Precincts; a Work Repair Limit (semi-comprehensive component—see clause 4.2 of Schedule 1A (Statement of Requirement—Facilities Maintenance Services); and a Schedule of Rates for Extended Works. To allow the Memorial to restore, house and present their collection, the buildings contain a significant quantity of traditional and specialised facilities services assets.
