- Training Authority Maritime Logistics and Health (TAMLH) is a Tri-Service training organisation that provides comprehensive array of initial, intermediate and advanced courses for all categories within the Maritime Logistics, Personnel and Health communities. TAMLH delivers the ECM course to Medical Sailors (MED) at the intermediate mastery level with the clinical knowledge and skills to provide independent primary health care in maritime, remote, and/or austere environments. The ECM course contains the requirement for a module to be delivered by an outsourced provider at AQF Level 7 (Bachelor). The Learning Outcomes target components of a Bachelor of Paramedicine program required to be delivered within a nine-month allocation of the total 13 month ECM course.
