The Motor Accidents Insurance Board has commenced a project to replace its legacy custom-built claims management system with an off-the-shelf (OTS) Software as a Service (Saas) solution.The MAIB is seeking invitee's response to the invitation for the supply of an OTS SaaS claims management solution.The MAIB seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of OTS SaaS claims management solutions that may be available in Australia. Hence, this Expression of Interest process may be the first stage of a multi stage procurement process.
