- Dubbo Regional Council (the Principal) is seeking Expression of Interest from contractors for the design and construction of a new amenity block at Victoria Park Dubbo, NSW, 2830.This is a 2-part Tender process, while at this stage - 1 is focused solely on conceptual design submission along with the key requirement outlined in the request. Only the organisations whose concept design have been shortlisted by the Council will be invited to a select tender in stage 2 for the full design and construction of the Amenity block.Please refer to attached EOI documents for detail of required work.
