Byron Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to Manage Mullumbimby Tennis Facility. Byron Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced entity to manage the facility known as the Mullumbimby Tennis Courts, located in Mullumbimby and activate the site as outlined within this document and in accordance with its various objectives, policies and plans. The venue is home to 6 fully fenced synthetic tennis courts and clubhouse facilities. Council is seeking invitations by not-for-profit community organizations to occupy and manage the Premises. The license period is to be negotiated, to a maximum of five years.
