Description:
The Shire of Halls Creek is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties interested in leasing the Cheeky dog Cafe.The site is located at Lot 71 adjacent to the Shire of Halls Creek Administration building and Halls Creek Visitor Centre.The site is currently a functioning cafe. It is proposed that any successful applicant may be offered a Lease (Lease) for a negotiable term. A lease would be in accordance with the terms and conditions that form this EOI, subject to formal Council approval.The primary interest of the Shire is the management of a cafe for community benefit. It is preferred that the service operates between 7.00am and 2.00pm Monday to Saturday inclusive to cater to local and tourist requirements for food and beverages. The Shire is open to different service options. Key services are to be delivered at the Cheeky Dog Café.
