Balranald Shire Council (BSC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Valuation firms to undertake a physical revaluation of a broad range of infrastructure and assets, including:• Land (Operational & Community)• Buildings (specialised and non-specialised),• Other Structures• Transport assets (Roads, Bridges, Culverts, Footpaths, Kerb & Gutter, Aerodromes)• Stormwater Drainage• Water Supply• Sewer Servicesover a 5-year rolling period. The purpose of this revaluation is to ensure that all asset classes are appropriately comprehensively valued in line with current market conditions, accounting standards, and legislative requirements.Balranald Shire Council is located in the south-western district of NSW, approximately 850km southwest from Sydney and 450km north of Melbourne. It covers an area of 21,699 square kilometres, therefore physical inspection to revalue assets will be a time-consuming task.
