The City of Greater Bendigo is calling for expressions of interest from event organisers and businesses who are interested in running events and activations in our public precincts during the Winter School Holidays this year.Bendigo has just come off another great year of visitation with 3.7million visitors to our region. One of the significant drivers of visitation to our region has been for events. We have identified Winter is a great time in our event calendar for growth to attract new visitors to our region.Winter in Bendigo offers beautiful European parklands with blue sky days and crisp cool nights set against a heritage backdrop. A vibrant gastronomy scene, with hearty local food, red wine and craft beer is also in demand.Please refer to attached documents for full details.
