Council is seeking expressions of interest from commercial entities to conduct the following activities on Council owned and managed public reserves:• Operate refreshment kiosks on foreshore reserves;• Operate mobile food and/or drink outlet where the trader wishes to remain exclusively at one location during daylight hours;• Operate regular market stalls;• Other commercial operations.
