Horizon Power Is Seeking Offers To This Open Rft For The Enterprise Distribution Network Maintenance And Minor Civil Works Panel. The Services Are Associated With The Distribution Maintenance, Installation And Inspection Services Of Horizon Power Network Assets. Horizon Power Intends To Establish A Panel Of Suitably Skilled And Experienced Contractors To Deliver A Range Of Services Across Various Regions. The Services Have Been Categorised Into Several Areas, Including Substations, Streetlighting, Earthworks, Asset Demolition, Asset Inspections, Underground Works, Overhead Works, And Vegetation Management.The Services Required Within Each Category Is As Follows:Substations - Transformer (Pad- And Pole Mounted) And Hv/Lv Switchgear Maintenance, Repairs, Installation, Replacement And Testing/Commissioning;Streetlighting - Installation, Replacement And Repairs;Earthworks - Including Horizon Directional Drilling (Hdd) And Excavations, Deep Earth Drilling;Asset Demolition - Including Overhead Poles And Lines Dismantling, Streetlight Pole Removal, Substation Civil Works (E.G. Demolish Concrete Pad/Footing, Substation Buildings Etc), Cable Removal And Disposal Of Material Including Some Classified As Hazardous Waste (Equipment Disposal E.G. Poles, Hardware, Transformers, Switchgear Etc);Asset Inspections And Reporting Of Defects;Underground Works - High And Low Voltage Repairs, Replacement And Installation Up To 33Kv, Including Pillars;Overhead Works - High And Low Voltage Repairs, Replacement And Installation Up To 33Kv (E.G. Pole, Crossarm, Insulator Replacement, Stays, Pole Top Switches);Vegetation Management - Around Public Accessed Asset And The Network.
