The service is re-locating to new leased premises at 832 Southport Nerang Road, Nerang, QLD 4211Gold Coast Health (GCH) seeks to engage a Principal Contractor (Contractor) to complete fit out works as outlined in the design and construction documentation for the new leased premises.The requirements of the Contractor include, but is not limited to, building work services, project management, site supervision, trade supervision, contract administration, contract management, Work Health and Safety (WHS) duties, subcontractor management, procurement, communication, record keeping, and the undertaking of the Works.
