Description:
The solution will support the Enforcement, Regulatory, Supervision, and Compliance teams in their evidence ingestion and management activities, while also delivering advanced AI capabilities to enhance ECA and EM functionalities, including ASIC-s future-state requirements. The RFT will invite submissions for any combination of two distinct components being : The supply of ECA and EM Software covers broadly the following capabilities : data ingestion and processing indexing and searching rendering searchable documents from native files analysis and review, including technology-assisted and/or AI-assisted reviews document management managing evidence chain of custody production and export workflow automation case management security and user access management, and use of advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing and Generative AI to enhance the ECA and EM capability. Associated integration and implementation services are expected to be required for the above-mentioned components, covering broadly the following scope : Implementation, configuration and customisation of the proposed solution Integration with ASIC systems with ASIC IT support Data migration (or upgrade) from current system to proposed solution Design, testing and implementation of ASIC-requested enhancements Creation of operating procedures Design and delivery of training to ASIC support staff and end-users, and Project management of Suppli...
