- This Request for Tender (RFT) outlines the Building Services Engineering Scope of Work, which encompasses the following key elements:a. Concept Design and Collaboration b. Value Engineering and Innovation Approach to meet the Project budget and council requirementc. Town Planning Application(s) d. Detailed Design and Tender Documentatione. Section 4.55 Modification submission (If applicable)f. Construction Documentation and Administration g. Handover and Project Closing.Council is seeking a suitably qualified Building Services Engineering firm with previous project experience for aquatic centres of $25m, for the provision of Services including but not limited to:• Electrical Engineering including Security. Information and Communication Technology Systems, Audio Visual Systems ,• Mechanical Engineering including Section J,• Hydraulic Services,• Building Management Control and Energy Monitoring Systems• Fire Safety Engineering and Fire Services, • Ecologically Sustainable Design Consultant (ESD)• Acoustic Engineering Services• Vertical Transport• Security and Access SystemThe Building Services Engineering is required to engage and manage any sub-consultants required to satisfactorily deliver the technical design services identified above as it relates to the detailed scope of services.
