Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (Pfm) On Behalf Of Department Of Finance (Dof) And Department Of Education Are Seeking Quotes From Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractors To Undertake Removal And Replacement Of Existing Asbestos Pits At The Below Sites:Lynwood Senior High Schoolwarwick Senior High Schoolthe Work Includes But Is Not Limited To Site Mobilization, Asbestos Testing, Removal Of Existing Acm Pits, Replacement And Installation Of New, Making Good, And Other As Required.Tenderers Shall Make Themselves Familiar With The Existing Site Conditions, The Specifications, Drawings And All Contract Documentation. All Measurements And Details Shown On Drawings Or Other Documents (If Any) Are To Be Confirmed By Tenderers Prior To Submission Of Their Quote. All Materials And Installation Shall Be Supplied And Be In Accordance With Australian Standards And All Codes And Regulations Relevant To The Scope Of Work Contained Herein. Pfm Has The Sole Discretion To Award Each Site Or Part Of The Works To One Or Various Contractors Based On The Value For Money Evaluation.
