- The District Council of Robe invites tenders for the carting of approximately 2000m3 of sand from Karatta Beach to local beaches within the Robe Township.Scope of Works:Raise, load, cart, and spread sand at designated locations.Ensure even distribution and placement to support coastal protection efforts. (Council to approve layout design)Provide all necessary plant, equipment, and personnel to complete the works efficiently.Implement appropriate traffic management to ensure public safety and minimal disruption.Supply and adhere to all Work Health and Safety (WHS) documentation and requirements.Maintain accurate records of all sand volumes transported, including load sheets detailing quantity, source, and delivery location. These records must be submitted to Council upon project completion.All works must be completed within the month of May 2025 and in compliance with Council specifications. Please provide an approximate timeframe that works could be completed in your submission.
