Description:
We wish to purchase a new document scanner (Kodak Alaris S3100 or equivalent). This will need to be delivered to 601 High Street Penrith to replace a now obsolete scanner. The following features and capabilities are required:-compatible with Trapeze Capture scanning software-compatible with Windows 11-accurate capture of document colours and text into PDF and JPEG file formats-minimum image resolution of 300dpi-able to scan high volumes efficiently - scan speed over 80 ppm / 200 ipm-minimum feeder capacity of 200 sheets-able to scan document sizes A8 to A3-able to scan documents of varying thickness e.g. photos, carbon copy paper, documents with sticky notes attached-multi-feed and paper jam detection (+ ability for user to open scanner to easily retrieve jammed documents)
