Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) is inviting tenderers to apply for the design, supply and installation of two toilet blocks at: (1) Centenary Park toilet block in Robinvale (2) McCallum Street toilet block in Swan HillWorks at the McCallum Street Toilet also includes demolition of the existing toilet block. For both the projects, specifications outline the expected deliverables, however the Council will consider suggestions from contractors for similar or more cost-effective alternatives to the specified requirements.The 2 toilet blocks (one in Robinvale, the other in Swan Hill) are tendered as SEPARABLE ITEMS. Council prefers contractors to provide quotes for both sites, but will accept quotes for a single site.A non-mandatory Supplier Briefing Session will be held online on Tuesday 29 April 2025, at midday. Please confirm your attendance at the online session by sending an email to: tenders@swanhill.vic.gov.au Once you've confirmed attendance, you'll receive a link to the online session.
